Our products are shipped via 2-day UPS Shipping, in sturdy re-usable foam boxes with 5 lbs of dry ice. (Note: Handling dry ice with bare hands is dangerous! In most cases, the dry ice will be evaporated before reaching the final destination.) For shipments in Maryland and surrounding states the shipment may arrive the next day. All shipments are guaranteed to arrive fresh on the 2nd day after shipping. FAA regulations do not allow us to ship each box with more than 5 lbs of dry ice. Therefore, the products will arrive frozen, semi-frozen, or partially thawed. This is fine, as long as product is cold and not thawed and warm. In that event, contact us for further instructions. You do not have to be at home to accept the shipment. UPS will leave it at most residential addresses with no one home. UPS will not leave it at apartment complexes with common hallways unless someone is there to sign for them. Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Due to customs regulations we can only ship to the 50 US States. Due to increased shipping costs, we will add $30.00 to any order shipped west of the Mississippi, and the states of SC, GA, FL, AL, Mississippi, IL, and Wis. $40.00 more for HI or Alaska.
